Telluride Pond Skim - A Freak Fest. 2014.

My second time shooting and filming the Closing Day Pond Skim in town. I was working with GoPros like crazy that winter getting things together for a ski project, so it was the tool of choice come the end of the year.

This was the pond skim one year after graduating highschool and many of my friends were still around. Town was still like home, and we were even more adept at partying in the world around us. 

The end day is such a celebration. Mountain towns, at least in Telluride, seem to cherish so many times and moments, going above and beyond to make it memorable. This one usually sets the bar.
