The first time I filmed and made an edit of the Telluride Closing Day Pond Skim at Gorrono Ranch, Chair 4, Telluride, CO. I spent two straight weeks on the edit during Spring Break after this, and i'm so happy I did. We were on Highschool spring break and the whole town closes down in-synch with the ski mountain.

I remember I felt just like this needed to be top of the world - because the experience felt like that!! The day was so damn fun; if you're up for wetness in the winter, that skim can propel you to legend for a day, even if you completely suck at it.
